• I met one-on-one with executives to glean insights about the mobile games industry at a time when the industry and mobile IP licensing were evolving quickly.
• I crafted the most comprehensive competitive analysis document I have put together to date, assisting art, development, UI, and UX in the early stages of their work, which cut down development time.
